You are purchasing a second hand <Retailer> product from another customer who has decided to sell it. You can see their name in the listing. They are responsible for packing and shipping the item to you

If your item is damaged or in a different condition to how it was described in the listing, you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You can do this by contacting help@loopresale.recareup.com. We will ask you to explain the issue and send us a few photos. If we verify that the item has been misrepresented, we will email you a shipping label to return it. You will have 7 full business days to ship the item, after which you will receive a full refund.
